562 total views | Who I Am...I am 28 and just began running in January 2008. Since then I have raced in 3 10ks and 1 5k. I am currently training for my first marathon on December 14th in Dallas. I decided to taking some steps to ensure I can maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come. I asked a freind why run? why contantly push yourself to your limits.
